Cognizant of the need to speak to young digital natives on their home turf, we evolved the existent recruiting brochure into a digital recruitment experience reaching millennials in particular. We took a cross-platform approach that put social media first, with several pieces of finely targeted micro-content including short videos, memes and twitter cards.
